Complete Care Medicine COVID-19 Coronavirus Information Page

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are taking several precautions to keep our patients and staff protected.

First, we are currently offering Video Telemedicine visits to all our patients. These visits allow you to be seen while in the comfort and safety of your home and communicate with us via either a smart phone or laptop with built in camera and microphone. Most insurances are now covering these visits in the same way that they would a normal office visit.

Secondly, should you need to be seen in person for blood work or additional work up that cannot be completed through a video telemedicine visit, we are taking steps to make sure that our office is as safe as possible for you. We are cleaning throughout the day with materials which are recommended to kill viruses and only allowing Healthy patients without fever or any respiratory symptoms to be seen between the hours of 8-12. We encourage Healthy individuals who need blood work or other testing to be seen during these early morning hours.

Finally, if a patient has any COVID-19 symptoms, they are being triaged via telemedicine and then if additional testing is needed, they are being referred out for COVID-19 testing at an outside facility. Patients who are low risk for COVID-19 but may still have some respiratory symptoms are being seen outside the office in our triage tent as to protective the office and exam rooms from possible exposure. These patients are being asked to stay in their vehicles while their exam is being conducted by personnel who are in appropriate PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).

During this difficult and unprecedented time, please know that we are here for you and your safety and wellbeing are our highest priority. To schedule a Video Telemedicine visit, please call or text our office at 480-457-8800.

We highly encourage you to visit https://www.cdc.gov/COVID19 for additional details and answers to your COVID-19 Coronavirus questions.
