Michael Herrera D.O.
Dr. Michael Herrera was born in Salt Lake City, Utah. He grew up in Mesa, Arizona and graduated from Westwood High School with honors. After completing his undergraduate at Arizona State University, Dr. Herrera went on to medical school at the Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine. After earning his Medical Degree he went on to complete his Family Practice Residency at Phoenix Baptist Hospital where he was Chief Resident. He is board certified and a member of the Arizona Academy of Family Physicians as well as the American Osteopathic Association.
Dr. Herrera and his wife reside in Gilbert with their 7 children. In his spare time he enjoys playing sports, doing yard work, and coaching his kids sports teams. He and his family enjoy spending time together swimming, going to the movies, quad riding, and going to Disneyland.
From an early age Dr. Herrera has always had a desire to make the community a better place by caring for the sick. This desire has led him to work hard in his studies to be able to bring the best care to his patients. His heart is full of compassion and a true desire to put the patient’s needs first.
Dr. Herrera enjoys practicing all types of medicine with a special interest in Pediatrics and Urgent Care medicine. “I am very excited to be able to open a practice here in Gilbert and look forward to serving you and other members in the community”
Kody Smith M.D.
Having grown up in San Diego, CA, Dr. Kody Smith has always enjoyed surfing. Feeling comfortable in the water lead him to experiment with Triathlons in college, which he still enjoys. Other hobbies include playing the guitar, reading, working on cars, and spending time with his family. He’s also a Flight Doctor in the Air Force Reserve, and volunteers at a non-profit medical clinic.
Being the type of person with diverse interests and always wanting to learn new things, family medicine fit Kody’s personality well. Special interests include Pediatric, Geriatric, Woman’s Health, Wound Care, Diabetes, and Preventative Medicine. The opportunity to care for males and females from all age groups, and work with all systems of the body, allows him to provide quality care to a large population and enjoy the long term relationships family medicine offers.
He is very excited to be a part of the Complete Care Medicine team and the excellent health care they offer the community.
Jenna Hilton PA-C
Jenna Hilton was born in Des Moines, Iowa and grew up in a nearby suburb, Ankeny, Iowa. She moved to Arizona and attended Arizona State University where she received her undergraduate degree in Kinesiology and graduated magna cum laude. She worked in Cardiac Rehabilitation at Scottsdale Healthcare before deciding to become a Physician Assistant. She attended A.T. Still University and received her Master’s of Science degree in Physician Assistant Studies. She is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) and is a member of the Arizona State Association of Physician Assistants as well as the American Academy of Physician Assistants. She feels honored to be a PA and is involved in the state and national associations. Her interests include cardiovascular health and exercise, as well as dermatology.
Jenna lives in Phoenix with her husband and two children. In her spare time, Jenna enjoys traveling, yoga, and hiking with her dog, Baxter.
Jenna feels very fortunate to be a member of the Complete Care Medicine staff and working with Dr. Herrera. She believes our providers aim to exemplify compassion and integrity as well as provide exceptional care to each of our patients.
Brittney Gray PA-C
Brittney Gray was born in Orange, California and grew up in southern Orange County. She moved to Arizona and attended University of Arizona where she received her undergraduate and graduate degree in Physiological Sciences. She worked as a Anatomy and Physiology professor and EMT prior to attending A.T. Still University for Physician Assistant School. She is passionate about sports medicine, exercise physiology, cardiac health, and working with members with developmental and intellectual disabilities and veterans. She currently volunteers as the clinical director of health promotions for the Special Olympics.
Brittney lives in Gilbert with her daughter. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her daughter, going to the gym, paintball, sports, outdoors, traveling, and movies. She is very excited to join an amazing team at Complete Care Medicine and looks forward to providing excellent care to each of our patients.
Kelsey Korp PA-C
Kelsey Korp was born in Phoenix, Arizona and grew up in the greater phoenix area. She attended Arizona State University where she received her bachelor’s degree in Biology with a minor in literature. She attended Midwestern University in Glendale AZ for her Master’s in Physician Assistant studies. She is passionate about women’s health, orthopedics, and preventative medicine.
In her spare time she enjoys hiking, camping, and snowboarding. She is excited to work with an amazing team at CCM and treat our patients with the best care she can provide.
Sanna Neff FNP-C
Sanna Neff was born in Fairbanks, Alaska and grew up in Coos Bay, Oregon. She attended Chamberlain College of Nursing where she received her Master’s degree for Family Nurse Practitioner and is certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners Program. She has worked in the ER, OR and Med/Surg departments. When not working she enjoys spending time with her grandkids, traveling and loves to go camping. She is excited to work with an amazing staff at Complete Care Medicine who truly is compassionate about helping patients providing a quality of care to patients to make a difference in the community they serve.
Jeff Gardner DPT
Jeff Gardner was born and raised in Mesa, Arizona. His love and passion for helping others was fostered in serving a two year church mission in Mexico. Upon return Jeff graduated with honors from Arizona State University with a degree in Spanish and Biology. His involvement in athletics and rehabilitation led him to obtain a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Northern Arizona University. Jeff has been practicing in the outpatient Physical Therapy realm for the past six years where he has the privilege of working with each of his patients in a one-on-one atmosphere. He finds enjoyment in using manual therapy techniques along with therapeutic exercise to assist his patients in returning to pre-injury status and activities. Jeff continues to stay active in Mesa being involved in community and church responsibilities while keeping up with his wife, three sons and one princess.
Heather Smith FNP-C
Heather Smith was born in Virginia Beach, Virginia and grew up in central Texas. She moved to Arizona in 2000 and began her road to nursing. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Grand Canyon State University graduating with honors. She worked in the hospital for 7 1/2 years specializing in Cardiopulmonary. She returned to Grand Canyon State University obtaining her Master of Science in Nursing Family Nurse Practitioner degree, again graduating with honors. She is certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, and is affiliated with American Association of Nurse Practitioners, and Arizona Nurses Association. Her passion for healthcare started as a child, and her love for providing care to others has continued to grow. Heather believes in taking a holistic approach to healthcare by looking at the whole individual and customizing care to fit their needs. She utilizes western and alternative medicine. Her passion is preventative medicine, weight management, Pediatric, Geriatric, and Adult health.
Heather is a wife and mother of two. She never has a dull moment as her kids keep her busy. Her family is her drive for life. She enjoys spending time with them, helping out in her son’s classroom, painting with her daughter, gardening, going to Disneyland, and traveling.
Heather feels extremely blessed to become part of the family at Complete Care Medicine, and provide optimal care to the community.
